For Landlords a property is an investment. Getting quality service from their Agent is essential. They don’t want to have to read a 90 page generated report to find out there’s a leak in a shower. They want to be informed of any issues and how to rectify them in a timely fashion.

For Tenants a property is their home. A well maintained property requires less disruption to their tenancy and is more desirable to live in. Having good communication lines with Tenants is important. At the beginning of a lease we inform Tenants of their obligations and responsibilities and encourage them to inform us of any issues if they arise.
