At Altitude Realty we have developed unique maintenance systems unlike any other agency. These systems have been developed by tradesmen to save landlords' time and money and minimise disruption to tenants. A proactive approach to maintenance is always cheaper than a reactive approach.
We have connections to quality trades, which means properties will be compliant with regulatory requirements and will be maintained to the highest standard. When property issues arise we investigate the situation and who is liable for the repairs. We don’t just send the invoices to the landlord.

Getting quality service from their agent is essential. They don’t want to have to read a 90 page generated report to find out there’s a leak in a shower. They want to be informed of any issues and how to rectify them in a timely fashion.
For tenants a property is their home.
A well maintained property requires less disruption to their tenancy and is more desirable to live in. Having good communication lines with tenants is important. At the beginning of a lease we inform tenants of their obligations and responsibilities and encourage them to inform us of any issues if they arise.
