For general maintenance requests, please fill in the form below providing as much information as possible.

The request will be forwarded to the tradesperson by the end of the following business day. You will be contacted by them or ourselves to coordinate access to the property.

In the event of an urgent repair please ring or text us immediately on +61-490 821 438 and we shall attend to your problem as quickly as possible.

If it is urgent and outside business hours, or an emergency and you can't reach us, we do have a number of preferred tradespeople in the Toowoomba region for you to contact. If you contact someone yourself, you will also need to leave us a message via the form below or on our phone so that we can follow up on the repair.
